Please note, if pets are not collected within 2 hours of being notified they are ready for collection day care will be charged at $40 per pet (unless otherwise agreed prior). The cost covers staff costs to exercise, feed, and monitoring of your pet during this time.

New dogs to daycare may attend for up to 4 hours. During that time their general welfare will be assessed to determine if our daycare services are suitable for your pet. Please be prepared to collect your pet within 4 hours if needed. Once assessed pets can then be booked for a full day of daycare.

Ziwi-dried treats are also included in the price, although if your pet has unique dietary needs and preferences, we encourage you to bring familiar and healthy snacks if needed.
