Pawsum Terms & Conditions: - No refunds for no shows or lack of reasonable notice ( 24 hours ) - Pawsum retains the right to refuse to groom pets that exhibit aggressive or dangerous behaviour, additional charges may be added for excessive noise - Pets must be collected within 2 hours of a groom being completed. This reduces any potential stress on both the team and pets. An additional charge of $40 will be applied when a pet is not collected within 2 hours of being groomed. - All pet owners accept full responsibility for the actions of their pets whilst in the care of the Pawsum team.
